In this installment of the Discover PMI – Ask Us Anything Series, we aim to put diversity, equity, and inclusion in the center of what we do. Because we are a global community, by nature, PMI, is diverse. Our community is made up of individuals from all walks of life, and varying industries, backgrounds, and regional locations. Something we don’t take for granted. While we have for a long time honored our diverse community, PMI’s intentional work in this space started with discussions by the board at the end of 2019 asking what more can we do to honor our community? In 2020 we formally gathered an internal Core Team that laid the foundation for this program. Throughout the course of the last two years we have set a strong foundation for PMI’s presence and journey in this space. That foundation is solid and we are moving to integrate this work into all parts of the organization. Learn more about DE&I at PMI and how you can make an impact as we work towards an equitable future.
