Agile teams, which traditionally function best when able to meet face-to-face, have been made increasingly remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic and business environment changes. When Agile teams go remote, many opportunities for informal development and quick decision-making are lost. That doesn’t mean that remote Agile teams must be less effective, though. How can remote Agile teams adjust their WOWs, or ways of working, to adapt to changes in the business environment? How they can overcome the challenge, including what changes to their WOWs and what tools they can use, will be covered in this webinar. Attendees will leave with new ideas about how to improve their WOWs for remote Agile teams.
