و لكن الأصعب هي القرارات التي تتعلق بقضايا و معضلات أخلاقية و التي تعتبر أحد اكبر التحديات التي تواجه المدريرين بشكل عام و مديري المشاريع بشكل خاص، حيث أن هناك أعتبارات كثيرة يجب أن تؤخذ في الحسبان قبل إتخاذ قرار يتعلق بمعضلة أخلاقية.
