The user can choose which method shall be used for each KPI.
This template is intended to provide a standard approach to noting the results of a process review and/or audit. It should be completed by the person conducting the audit and summarizes the results of the audit and any improvement steps/actions that are necessary. It should be noted this is a review of the process, not of the people/teams executing the process.
The Bottom-Up Cost Estimation Template is to estimate the cost of any portfolio, program or project by using the Bottom-Up Cost Estimation Technique. This template can be used in any type of industry. With the Bottom-Up Cost Estimation Technique, the overall cost of the project is estimated by breaking down the project into activities to the lowest level possible (similar to the Work Breakdown Structure). After considering the cost of each activity, the overall project cost is estimated.
The Process Improvement Plan is a component of the project management plan. It details the steps for analyzing project management, product development or organizational processes to identify activities that enhance their value.
