In case you actually read this description, the beginning of the blog is about preparing for the PMP exam. It then evolved into maintaining my credential. While maintaining relevant credentials is important, it doesn't make a good long-term topic. Watch for experiments, some serious topics as I try out new things and "take the plunge", and maybe a little bit of fun.
Team building is one of the interpersonal and team skills. It enhances the team's social relations and build a collaborative and cooperative working environment.It is A set of techniques used to help project teams learn, grow, and develop into more effective teams. The techniques can be applied throughout the project lifecycle, during team meetings, and/or workshops to facilitate team member affiliation (see Workshops and Facilitation).
Passion for project management combined with a passion for people creates energy, enthusiasm and engagement. Engagement leads to success. It is when we are most engaged that we will "run through walls" for others. This blog focuses on ways to keep our project teams engaged and the way we can keep ourselves engaged and effective.
