In this session, the participants will be engaged in brief review of major project management methodologies and analyze their assumptions. We will touch upon how to measure the project value, best outcomes and value for entire organization. Lastly, the presenter, from his own experience, will propose several models which for methodology fit to (A) organizational structure and (B) desired project’s outcome and (C) end product. This will not be an academic discourse or dry PPT presentation but an engaging and thought-provoking webinar that will provide another point of view why our projects fail and how we can improve their success rate.

ADVERTISEMENTS

"It is an important and popular fact that things are not always what they seem. For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much -- the wheel, New York, wars and so on -- whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man -- for precisely the same reasons."
