What makes the solution different from so many alternatives is the way that users are allowed to work with, organize , and share their information. The layout is an intuitive left to right, top to bottom flow of information. Starting from the left is a folder navigation menu, which allows users to create as many folders as they want and share as appropriate. Once a folder is clicked, users can move onto the middle section, which includes all the applications, organized into nine tabs that one can simply point and click to view or modify any content. And finally the right side window contains details of any items from an application, such as a specific action, document, news feed, as well as a comments section to share feedback. The result of all this allows users to be up and running in no time, with a broad selection of applications to best fit the preferred type of content. Applications The applications included in the solution are Projects, Documents, Notes, Calendars, Contacts, News, Websites, Pages and Updates. Personalization Options to personalize or customize the account include being able to set a preferred language (+20 available), choose a time zone, and set the sub-domain account name. Security All accounts are kept private and under SSL security. This means that the only people that can view or modify the information in the account are the ones that you’ve set up to have access to the account. Users can then share folders or content with anyone listed in the account through the tab Contacts. This allows to add other users, either as an Editor or Reader, add to just the one folder or to sub-folders as well.. Use Cases The broad variety of applications allow for different types of activities needed throughout a business or organization. The common interface helps to provide an easy transition, such as going from business development, to design, to marketing and to sales.
