Dr. Blaize Horner Reich is a professor, board director and consultant at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. She worked for 15 years in Canada and Asia in IT project management. Her practice areas in research, teaching and consulting are project management, IT governance, and risk management. Her area of specialty is managing knowledge within projects and hybrid approaches combining agile and waterfall.
