Managers bring a real life current project to work on during the session. Focus on tested strategies and personal project coaching. Basic introduction to Microsoft Project is included.

Developing additional plan elements: staffing plan, budget, quality management, communication plan, and risk management plan.
Deploying the project: getting work done, controlling changes, monitoring progress to insure on-time and in-budget achievement.
Leading the project team and project negotiation skills.
Closing out the project and conducting "lessons learned" analysis.
