BSA shows you how to read, understand, and create models(diagrams and other artifacts). This program is for people that serve as liason, go-between, leader or facilitator. In this intensive workshop, participants will learn how to use models to build consensus on the current process, identify the target process, and the requirements needed of new or revised systems to enable that process.

BSA focuses on the tools and techniques needed to work with both technical and non-technical people to derive the "right" requirements for the "right" system. The program is a workshop that teaches practical approaches for analyzing, validating, and reviewing several different models. Participants learn how to present models expressing the content in business terms- an essential key to confirming that the models represent an accurate understanding of business requirements.

BSA uses a comprehensive case study to give practical application to the techniques involved. Participants, working in teams that simulate actual work experience, learn how to join forces with teammates to develop an understanding of a business situation and develop the models that surface and capture business and system requirements.

"A statesman is an easy man, he tells his lies by rote. A journalist invents his lies and rams them down your throat. So stay at home and drink your beer and let the neighbors vote!"
