Project Management

ISTUD-FORMING PM Suite

As a result of this approach, ISTUD has identified three essential areas in Project Management:

1. The organizational area, involving analysis of the principles, theories and practices of organizational topics that determine the managerial decisions regarding both the definition of the structural context in which projects are set up and the carrying out of the project itself.

2. The relational/behavioral area, studying the skills of understanding, interpreting and managing the relational dynamics that take place during the project life cycle.

3. The methodological area, involving the setting of objectives, the study of the context, the approach to the project, the working methodology, the identification and management of the various stakeholders, the linking of the project to the company projects system as well as to other existing company processes, the planning and managing tools and techniques, the integration between project management approach and the wider concepts of quality and risk.

This vision has always inspired the planning and design of both inter-company and in-house educational and professional development initiatives carried out by ISTUD for his customers.
