The Executive Project Management Certificate is designed to meet the needs of students who require project management, leadership and people management skills. This certificate is designed for adults who wish to enhance their work-related knowledge and skills and to advance themselves educationally. The six courses in the Executive Project Management Certificate program include: leading projects in contemporary organizations, management of project performance, project monitoring and delivery, leadership in a personal context, delivering business process improvement, and leading effective teams.
