This hands-on course provides fundamental skills for running successful projects in a team environment. Relevant, standard project management practices (PM-BOK) are combined with reality checks to provide perspective and wisdom on "real world" project management.
A full lifecycle, team role-play project is integrated to directly apply these practices and reality checks in a "real world" project simulation. The student gains practical, relevant, hands-on project skills that can be immediately applied to the work environment.
