For professionals who need to be more proficient in managing (their) projects this course prepares them for the task ahead and gives an overview of and practical insights into questions such as:
--Who determines what the project is and should deliver?
--Why do we need project management if we are all capable professionals anyway?

--How should I approach project management?
--Which methods and techniques do I need to adopt?
--With what processes and systems must I work with and provide for in the project?

The course is MODULAR and consists of intensive one day (m+a+e sessions) modules and uses a "thread case" to integrate the concepts and themes.The course relies on student interaction and participation in groups to understand & learn the concepts,introduce the skills & competences, as well as to practice the techniques and to provide critical feedback.
