--Which methods and techniques do I need to adopt?
--With what processes and systems must I work with and provide for in the project?

--When do we notice improved efficiency / benefits of applying all this project management?

The course is MODULAR and consists of intensive one day (m+a+e sessions) modules and uses a "thread case" to integrate the concepts and themes.The course relies on student interaction and participation in groups to understand & learn the concepts,introduce the skills & competences, as well as to practice the techniques and to provide critical feedback.
