Chaque participant reçoit un Kit complet de préparation à l'examen comprenant :
- Supports de cours et exercices en Anglais ou en Français

Déroulement de la formation
- La formation est découpée en séquences
- Chaque séquence se compose d'une présentation, d'échanges d'expérience, d'exercices pratiques, d'un test QCM, d'un debriefing
- Des exercices tout au long de la formation permettront aux participants de ce familiariser avec l'approche processus
- Au cours du séminaire, chaque participant bénéficiera de nombreux retours d'expériences et de conseils
- Des tests QCM collectifs et ludiques seront organisés à chaque fin de séquence pour vous entrainer aux questions d'examen
- Un mini examen blanc en situation réelle d'examen et un debriefing, clotureront ce séminaire
Prérequis pour suivre cette formation : Bonne pratique de l'anglais et expérience de Manager de projets de 3-5 ans (voir programme).
