Students in the Master of Business Administration in Project Management program will design solutions and strategies for complex business problems and opportunities within organizations by integrating critical analysis with project management practice and organizational strategy to ensure organizational success. Students will synthesize ethical standards in decision making and strategy development and create appropriate communication strategies to achieve organization goals. Students will evaluate personal leadership capabilities and design a plan for continual growth while integrating a Biblical framework that guides interactions within project management and strategy development activities.
