Overview

Project management provides us a lot of processes, tools and techniques for managing our projects, and for keeping on top of the work of others. What about us, however? How do we keep track of our own workload? How do we prioritize, plan, monitor and maintain control of workloads that at times are heroic, and occasionally feel completely out of control?

For the busy project manager, a strategy to manage and maintain control of our commitments is critical. And yet, while we endeavour to manage everything around us, we are often the ones that have the least structure in managing our own personal commitments. Like the shoemaker's children, we make do and get by, even though we should have the tools at our disposal to outfit ourselves appropriately, if not in a truly tailored fashion.

In this webinar, Mark Mullaly explores the challenges, opportunities and approaches by which project managers can get control over their own work life. He discusses the typical difficulties that project managers face in gaining control of their own workload, and provides concrete suggestions on how to manage more effectively. In an age where the need for work/life balance is commonly discussed, isn't it time you took the time to figure out how to get some? Carve some time out of your schedule for this webinar; it could be the most important one you spend this month!
