Overview
Being a strong Project Manager takes more than a solid set of project management skills. In this discussion, you’ll learn about a balanced approach to project management that has been found to be successful as a project management and change management consultant. Because the very nature of projects is to introduce change, it is increasingly important for those that lead projects to have effective interpersonal skills.
