Overview

The intent of this webinar is to provide the participants a framework within which to process the concepts that make up Diversity. The interactive format allows the participants to actively introspect, while providing basic guidelines on what global diversity truly means. Participants should leave the webinar with a clearer grasp of the scope of diversity and be able to articulate clear business reasons for why diversity in the workspace is important.
