Products, Profits and Promises: Business Fundamentals
What do organizations need to include in their thought process when they decide to introduce new products or services? Please join us in learning or re-learning the time-honored basics that are a part of good decision making in the development of new products or services. We will define what we mean by business fundamentals, why these are important, what questions organizations need to answer, what framework and tools organizations need to use, and how organizations can be objective as much as possible in this decision making process.
Our presenter is Will Casavan, Director of Product Marketing for Aperture Product Management. Will has 15 years product and project management experience, mostly small to mid-size tech companies that provide software, hardware and systems to the life science research and translational medicine communities. Will has an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University (Malibu, California), and additional product management education the Kellogg College at the University of Oxford (Oxford, UK) and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
