Overview

Get to know PMI’s 2013 “PMO of the Year” as they share lessons learned in their evolution from Start Up to Best in Class. Leadership from Canada Health Infoway (Infoway) will highlight:
• Infoway’s Journey through the PMO Maturity Model;
• the importance of ensuring processes and reporting stay relevant;
• how leveraging technology is instrumental to achieve transparency and governance; and
• the benefit of using industry metrics for benchmarking

Infoway works as a strategic investor of funds provided by the Federal Government, in collaboration with the provinces and territories. With its partners, Infoway helps accelerate the development, adoption and effective use of digital health solutions across Canada.

Presenters: Rose Ann Radosevic, PMP and Laura Bright

Rose Ann Radosevic is the Group Director, Investment Portfolio Management at Canada Health Infoway. She has held several progressive management positions in private and publicly funded organizations and in the health care and retail sectors. She has a track record of establishing high performing teams including developing the team, processes and tools for the Portfolio Management Office that won the prestigious international 2013 PMO of the Year award from the Project Management Institute. Currently she leads the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and the Project Portfolio Management enterprise solution. Ms. Radosevic holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who is committed to professional and personal excellence, for herself and her team members.

Laura Bright is a certified PMP who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the Portfolio Management Office and developing innovative business solutions within the enterprise-wide Project Portfolio Management solution (Changepoint) for Canada Health Infoway. Laura bridges the gap between the business and technology and works closely with internal business clients to design and implement solutions to automate processes, address reporting requirements and improve the end-user experience. In addition to her role at Infoway, Laura has been serving as a member of Changepoint User Group Advisory Board since 2010, advocating for new features and collaborating with other clients.
