Better Risk Management and the PMI-RMP Certification
In this fast-paced world of international business, projects are being undertaken that are more complex, involve more people, and require faster decision making. All these variables decrease the probability of success and increase uncertainty. To counteract these problems, project managers must stay constantly vigilant of potential stumbling blocks and proactively manage them to prevent unnecessary problems from occurring. Good risk management skills are essential to bring projects through to completion on time, within budget, and with satisfied stakeholders.
Managers who are more knowledgeable and experienced in risk management methodology are highly valued and more marketable in the workforce. By obtaining the PMI-RMP® (Risk Management Professional) certification, an individual will stand out as one of those prized project managers. This presentation will discuss the necessity for good risk management skills, the benefits of the PMI-RMP® certification, and some tips and tricks on how to obtain the certification.
This free presentation is recommended for anyone who would like to know more about the certification or risk management community.
