Overview

Projects typically address a problem or opportunity facing the organization. Professionals leading marketing or sales projects must have a solid expertise in leading teams in the process of defining and prioritizing customer wants and needs. Being able to do so successfully ensures that the project will have clarity and trace-ability of its requirements.

Project Managers who can navigate through this requirements definition process effectively are able to begin the project properly and can ensure that they are proactive as they deal with risks arising from conflicting priorities, competing customer needs, and project issues.

This webinar will provide an overview of a practical approach for leading the team through requirements gathering and definition in order to achieve project success. The webinar will draw on real life examples to reinforce some of the concepts.
