Moderator: Moritz Sprenger - Moritz is a young German professional currently working in a PMO position with Airbus Group. Since joining Airbus in 2012, he has worked on projects in France, Germany and China. He is currently based in Bristol, UK.  The University of Bath has awarded him the Student of the Year 2012 in Management studies and he is invited to hold guest lectures for Master students on the topic of workplace skills for newcomers in organisations.  Over the course of his studies he has completed internships with Accenture, Beiersdorf, and EY.

Presenter: Deji Ishmael is a management consultant with vast experience in leading organizational change and transformation projects in different sectors across Africa, Europe, and the United States. Working with c-suite executives, his experiences in both strategy formulation and implementation, has led him on a journey into how organizations can increase their effectiveness by focusing on the 'health factor'.

Presenters: Muhammad A. B. Ilyas and Mohamed Khalifa Hassan are organiztional transformation specialist with expertise in PPPM, business information systems, and corporate governance. With extensive practice across various industries, the speakers have worked with stakeholders from all continents.
