Project Manager - Field General or Business Mogul?
Project Management is often misunderstood because there is such a broad range of responsibilities, depending on the type, size and complexity of the project. In this session we will discuss the spectrum of Project Management roles and responsibilities, ranging from a PM on $10M job to a Project Executive on a $1B program, and everything in between. We’ll show how skill requirements progress, overlap and change as one moves from smaller to larger more complex programs.
