La méthode How NASA Builds Teams a été développée par Charles Pellerin pour améliorer la communication, la performance et le moral au sein des équipes.  Le PMI-Montréal a eu la chance de présenter le conférencier en 2009, lors de la sortie de son livre.
Dans ce webinaire de 60 minutes, la conférencière résumera les éléments importants de la méthode et présentera comment le gestionnaire de projet peut améliorer concrètement la performance de son équipe.

The How NASA Builds Teams method has been developed by Charles Pellerin to improve communication, performance and morale among technical teams.  PMI-Montreal had the honor to receive him in 2009 for a 1-day event.
In this 60-minutes webinar, the speaker will summarize the important aspects of the method and show how the project manager can improve concretely his team performance.

Depuis 2004, Anne Choquette a développé une pratique internationale (Canada, Etats-Unis, Chine, France).  Elle détient une maîtrise en Consulting and Coaching for Change de HEC Paris en collaboration avec Saïd Business School (Oxford).  Elle est certifiée Professional Certified Coach (PCC) de l’International Coach Federation (ICF).  Elle accompagne principalement les esprits cartésiens passionnés par leur profession, leur industrie respective. Elle compte parmi ses clients la NASA (depuis 2009), EDF (depuis 2010), l’Agence spatiale canadienne (depuis 2011), Deloitte, Lundbeck Canada, Kronos Canada.
