Willie is the Manager of Construction for the Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority, known as GoTriangle. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in North Carolina. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a concentration in structural engineering. He has over 35 years of experience in structural engineering, construction management, and project management.

Shikha Parakh, IT Project Management
Shikha is a result driven and highly accomplished Project Management Professional with 17+ years of IT experience. She has a proven history of developing global, project delivery models and instituting PMO frameworks. She specializes in guiding multi-million-dollar, project portfolios. She is adept at evaluating business needs and aligning priorities with technology solutions

Phin Xaypangna, Inclusion Leadership
Phin Xaypangna is currently an Equity and Inclusion Manager for Mecklenburg County Government.  She is also the founder and president of Phin Consulting.  She has over 20 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational development, workforce/succession planning, leadership development, facilitation, and strategic planning.

Jennifer Joyner-Talbot, Career Navigation
Whether one is seeking to navigate a new career or develop an innovative high performing team, Jennifer has the great honor to perform these activities daily at the Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont.  Jennifer currently leads a staff of Career Navigation Coaches that assist participants in holistic goal setting, career readiness, and employment services.
