It is important that Project Practitioners create an environment that promotes diversity and inclusion among the project team because diversity in the workplace has come to stay.
Regardless of culture, race and gender, the universal need is for everyone to feel respected, heard, recognized and most importantly valued. Fostering an environment where these emotions are embedded into the team development strategy will make team members feel included despite varying cultural backgrounds and personalities.
