With more than 16 years' experience and a passion for requirements & business analysis and project management, he implemented and deployed RD/REQM processes in some companies. He also teaches project management disciplines for graduation courses in Brazil.

Presenter: Susan M. Burk has over 25 years' experience helping project teams and competency centers adopt/adapt requirements, analysis, architecture, estimating, outcome measurement, testing, and project management practices. She is also a Certified Scrum Master, supporting agile/lean transformations.  Her presentations have been featured at user groups throughout the United States for over 20 years.  In addition to supporting software and business organisations, she also works with non-profits to help them define, prioritize and evaluate their potential initiative

She co-authored Visual Models for Software Requirements with Seilevel CEO Anthony Chen and Software Requirements-Third Edition, with Karl Wiegers.
