Project management helps advancement for strategic implementation that requires an environment to create a “Thinking Organization”. Every team member needs to behave like a “strategic leader” and develop a driving force for a thinking organization.
Strategy is inextricably linked with leadership therefore, a strategic leader takes a broad, long-range approach to problem-solving and decision-making that involves objective analysis, thinking ahead, and planning. That means being able to think in multiple time frames, identifying what they are trying to accomplish over time and what has to happen now, in six months, in a year, in a project life cycle, to get there. It also means thinking systemically. That is, identifying the impact of their decisions on various segments of the organization—including internal departments, personnel, suppliers and customers.
Participants will learn:
- What are the challenges of strategic implementation?
- How thinking organization influences the strategic implementation?
- What is strategic leadership?
- How critical thinking enhances performance?
