Tips for the schedule management: - To have a greater control of the tasks, maximum after 24 hours. - Assign a single person responsible for each task. - Each task must have predecessor and successor. - Every project must have two minimum milestones: Project Start and Project Closeout (i.e., end). - Place a start and end milestone for each phase or component of the project. - The 0/50/100 rule can be used. If the task has not started, the progress will be 0%. If the task has begun progress will be 50%. And if the task is completed, the task progress will be 100%. - Define the result of each of the activities. - Define the effort for each task. - Define the project calendar and each of the resources.
