To me, project management has always been more than a job title—it’s been a path of continuous growth, learning, and resilience.

My career started as a data analyst, where I worked with numbers, uncovered patterns, and translated data into meaningful insights. Looking back, I see now that even then, I was already building the foundation of project management: solving problems, evaluating risks, and aiding strategic decisions.

These early experiences prepared me to eventually lead complex projects and diverse teams across different regions and technologies.

From Data to Delivery: Stepping Into Project Management
Moving from data analyst to project manager was both thrilling and demanding. My role expanded beyond generating insights—I became responsible for guiding teams, achieving tangible outcomes, and maintaining stakeholder trust.

One of the defining projects early in my PM career was an AI initiative as part of an audit for a major professional services firm. My task was to ensure the AI system adhered to strict audit compliance, governance standards, and client needs.
