Building the capabilities for enterprise agility
DA Leadership focuses on system-level factors that shape organizational agility: strategic alignment, value flow, feedback and evidence-based governance. Participants learn how to turn strategic intent into measurable outcomes and gain insight into how work moves across value streams. The course also introduces governance practices that enable faster, more confident decisions.
Through case-based learning, participants explore how leaders guide organizations through change and support teams by improving alignment, increasing visibility and fostering a culture of learning.
