I’m so confused! Most of what I see on artificial intelligence is so general in description. I know that I will need to adjust my project work, but I can’t begin to consider specifics without understanding more details about what it is and what people are already using it for.

A. Much that has been written about AI says that we need to accept it and integrate it into our projects. But without more specific understanding about what subsets exist and are in use—and the effectiveness of embracing them—it’s hard to envision how to incorporate AI into current projects and business. Spend some dedicated time exploring how AI could be beneficial to your projects.

B. There is only one version of AI, and it should be added to all projects immediately as it is much more reliable, faster, and able to complete project paperwork more efficiently than you can with human workers managing the project. This will allow you to cut the people on your teams and save the organization a lot of money.

C. AI is primarily an information technology application. If you want to use it on projects, ask the IT team to install it and keep it running during your project. Once it is active in the background on your team’s …
