Workgroup Workflow Woes: Inputs (Part 1 of 2)
After the third stretch of the rack, pulling your wrists away from your ankles with more intense force, you realize two things:

You should have prepared your workgroups by ensuring all inputs to their activities were available

Your company actually has a rack to use on project managers.
This second item, now that you think of it, is a logical next step your organization's evolution of motivation for project managers. Still, you didn't even know it there was a sub-sub-basement to your building where the rack was located.
And yet here you are. You recall the ill-fated meeting that signaled the beginning of your woes.
You: We're in the final stage of the project. Let me know your status.
Team Lead 1: Er, it looks like we are going to be a little late.
You: But you had all the resources you needed!
TL1: Yes, that's true. The problem came when we did not get the final specs from the stakeholder in time to make adjustments.
You: Okay, let's move on. I hope we have better news.
Team Lead 2: Actually, we just found out that some of our work was based on obsolete information. We thought we knew where the latest versions were located, but someone from another department discovered we were using old versions.
