A schedule for which policies and procedures should be emphasized can be created easily by you, since a general schedule is available early in any project. The newsletter team will just have to be ready to emphasize these informational resources before the workforce needs them.
Individual & Team Spotlights, and Recognition
For each of these sections, someone is going to have to (1) establish what needs to be promoted in a particular newsletter issue and (2) identify the appropriate individual/team to exemplify what is to be promoted. You as project manager identify timely values and behaviors to promote for each issue.
