After some research, they have called upon you to expound upon your project management skills.
 
You are surprised at their wisdom in choosing you, and you enthusiastically schedule your appearance. Finally, you are getting the recognition you deserve! You tell everyone in your project management professional organization, especially that blowhard who knows every detail of all methodologies.
 
The Interview Begins
Dr
Phil: We have not discussed this in advance with you, but you are here because your manager has seen some inadequacies in how you handle certain relationships in your project.
 
You (befuddled at your sudden reversal of fortune): Look, I admit that I am no expert in relationships, but I have followed the proper steps. I have been effective.
