Example: One of the key principles of the PMO is to be the clearinghouse of ALL project information across the organization. The following are objectives to be realized from the implementation of an Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool:

Demonstrate measurable business value from technology investments
Provide a list of project Critical Success Factors. Critical success factors are outcomes that must be achieved for the project to be considered a success. They should correlate with the Project Objectives described in the section above.
