Here's our November 2007 roundup of some recently published books recommended by and for project management professionals, including works that deal with a range of top-of-mind concerns: the human side or project leadership, project manager competency, flexible product development, and more.

 
It is said that the best learning is “done by doing.” But sometimes, the “doing” can be captured and communicated in a way that saves others from hitting their heads on a wall until it breaks — or they do. Sometimes there are books that contain the inspiration or direction to show you how to hurdle that wall or go around it.
