Here, the founder of BOT International and director of PMO Services for gantthead shares his perspective on PMOs and Scrum.

Mark Perry is a recognized servant-leader in the PMO domain. After a 20-year career with IBM holding various management positions in the United States and Asia, he founded BOT International 10 years ago. The boutique firm specializes in PMO setup, and he continues today as its senior vice president of operations.

During the past decade, Perry has witnessed tremendous advances of PMOs spanning companies, lines of businesses, and departments of all shapes and sizes.
