Collaboration is a common theme throughout many of the leading trends for project management in 2012, as determined by a global panel of senior executives and subject matter experts.

As the project environment grows in complexity, project management will require team, stakeholder and executive collaboration in 2012 like never before, according to a global panel of senior executives and subject matter experts assembled by training provider ESI International.
