Daptiv has launched an organizational change management (OCM) service to help PMOs address the critical “people component” when implementing new technology and processes. A complimentary addition to Dapitv PPM, the new service provides experienced and dedicated OCM guidance, planning and execution to diminish risk and improve critical implementation success factors, including adoption, utilization and a rapid return on investment.
