Everyone knows project managers are supposed to be masters of time management, even if different cultures have different perceptions of what that “time” actually means.   1. You start working on projects early—often, the same day they’re assigned—and are rarely late for a flight or a meeting. You calculate when to start a project or leave for a trip or meeting, so you are seldom anxious about deadlines.
