Consult or Go Direct?
How many times have we all played the game in our minds?

No matter which side of the employment fence you are on, you will likely find yourself questioning whether or not the grass is truly greener on the “other side”--particularly if you have some challenges in your current position.
The “grass is greener” paradox isn't unlike one faced by previous generations. Think of it this way: If you stay in farming mode, you have to protect your crops from scavengers--it's more exciting to hunt. If you hunt, what happens on those days when you don’t come across any wildebeests? What to do, what to do? Sigh…
