1. Does the culture possibly have an impact on metrics/KPI results, and is it considered in the overall team’s performance results?
Yes, we're seeing that team performance is impacted by the foundation and culture dimensions and that clarity is impacted by leadership. Basically, a team that doesn't have a healthy culture and a good foundation will not perform as well.

2. What would be the impact on architectural design, and how do you manage good design with changing requirements?
There is an initial planning stage where the vision, backlog and release plan are created; following this is Iteration 0, where the architecture designs are created at a high level and major overarching decisions are made. Then for each iteration, more detailed design and architecture happens iteratively. You can learn more about this at agilearchitect.org.

3. Is it feasible to use agile tools in basic engineering projects, such as watershed optimization for a portfolio of hydroelectric projects?
