It has been nearly a decade since Projects@Work published the first version of its well-received tool for helping to evaluate portfolio management software tools. A lot has changed since then. Technology has transformed. Software design has advanced. Our understanding of portfolio management has evolved. It is more critical than ever that organizations ensure they are making the right investment choices, that the projects that are chosen deliver successfully, and that the resulting business changes realize their intended value.
