PMOs: From Strategic Alignment to Simplicity

Sarina Arcari, PMP is Vice President EPMO at Amtrak and a graduate of PMI’s 2015 Leadership Institute Master Class. Her Implementation Management Office won the 2014 PMI PMO of the Year Award and she is the 2015 recipient of the PMI Kerzner Award for Excellence in Project Management.
