As technology continues to evolve, it is becoming increasingly important for organizations to be able to quickly and efficiently create new digital solutions to stay competitive.
Coming from an IT background, I have witnessed many project delays due to a lack of software developers, the high cost of technical resources, and the inevitable tension between IT and business teams.
We live in a hyper-agile world where the need for software development skills continues to increase so that business apps and digital transformation solutions can be made.
According to Forrester, it takes 47% longer to fill in technical roles in comparison to non-technical roles. This is because there is a high demand for skilled technical professionals and a limited supply of qualified candidates.
Additionally, technical roles often require a specific set of skills and experience. This might make it challenging for businesses throughout the globe to discover candidates
