Help! I am studying the above and am meant to be 'running' a Project to Repaint, recarpet and redecorate a main bedroom. I'm stuck on Scope! Someone help me write it? Go through some tips etc? Thank you in Advance

Sorry to see this is several years past, but perhaps my reply will be helpful to others.

A good resource for you will be a post I wrote about planning a project in the right order.

Just be sure you do it step by step, too many project managers jump right to the schedule.
