I was told I was interviewing for a Sr. P. Coordinator job and the position said Proj. Administrator. The job description, however, sounds like a PC role. I can see value in interviewing for the role. I get more time with the budget and with the delivery. I also get more time in interviewing other candidates who would want to work with them. Would the title be a hindrance in my growth? I am a PC now Saving Changes...

I think it went well. I should hear something by the end of the week. It seems like they want to move fast so hopefully I will hear something by end of today. I understand why it was 90 minutes now. That interview was more like a conversation than an interview. I never once felt like that "why should I hire you feeling". He gave me his card and told me to send him any lingering question. I sent a couple last night when I finally got home. I am hoping that it went as well as I thought in my mind. They do a lot to help you educationally too which was really what got me excited. They allocate $5000 annually for education/professional development.

I have to agree that it is best to focus on the activities and responsibilities you will have. You would gain good experience and that is more important then the title
